Raising The Roof for the Blues Hall of Fame The Blues Foundation has undertaken a huge fundraising campaign to finance building a Blues Music Hall of Fame in Memphis. They will be providing suitable, permanent recognition for all gifts of $1000 or more. We raised over $1000 at this point to contribute, thanks to Mike Mammon for doing sketches of our most recent artists, and donating them to be raffled for this cause. And to each and every one of You who purchased a raffle ticket! In years to come you may have the opportunity to Visit the hall and see the Wyoming Blues & Jazz Society listed there as having had a part in this Great project! Mike is working on a sketch of Candye Kane now, which will be raffled at the May 17th concert. ___________________________________________________
Gary Small & the Coyote Brothers are on a roll, winning the 2013 Native American Music Award for Best World Music Recording for the Album "Hostiles & Renegades." Congratulations to all of you!
